FACTORY SECONDS

The products we sell through our authorised retailers have been assessed as being Grade 1 quality.

NATURAL IMPERFECTIONS

Timber is a natural material and occasionally we get poles that are less perfect than we’d like.  These are sold as Grade 2 quality factory seconds, direct from our processing plant in Cardup.

Factory seconds stock may be a little curved along one side, have pronounced knots or contain other similar imperfections that in no way detract from their strength and durability, but set them apart from Grade 1 quality stock.

BUNDLES

Factory seconds are sold in job lot bundles sorted according to their LENGTH.  Each bundle will have approximately 30 poles in it, but the poles will vary in diameter. The more thick poles that are in a bundle, the fewer poles there will be. Bundles are bound, ready to take away, so it’s not possible make up the contents yourself.

PAYMENT & HOURS

Payment for Factory Seconds is by CASH or CHEQUE ONLY – we have have no EFTPOS or credit card facilities available at our depot. It can take some time to browse, select and load your purchases, so pickups and purchases are Mon – Fri 8am-3pm only.
